oral chemo

IHi I am not sure if my prevous comments were noted. 1) In reality I can not see how a community pharmacy will have the resosuces to fulfill these guidelines. How can they have access to all the health records? 2) For oral chemo is it to be checked by 2 nurses as well as 2 pharmacists?
