Are you experiencing technical problems?

Please email jutta.von(at)cancer.org.au, if you experience any technical difficulties or you need help.

If possible, please specify

• the nature of the problem
• what error message you are getting
• what internet browser you are using (ie. internet explorer, firefox), including the version (You can find out under 'About' in your browser toolbar)

It would also be of great help if you could submit screenshots with your request.

We will aim to respond to your email within 48 hours.
