Levels of AMH decreased after cancer therapy, and lower levels were associated with an increase in prevalence of many symptoms. The post-treatment mean AMH for the exposed group fell to 0.18 ng/mL from baseline mean 1.8 ng/mL (p<0.01), with a median of 1.0 ng/mL.
