A total of 105 patients were included in the study. The mean FUP period was 12.7 years (range 0.3-25.5 years), accounting for a total of 1329 patient-years of fUP. At the end of FUP, 6/105 patients developed adenocarcinoma, equals to one cancer case per 221 patient-years.
