1 Reason for decision: RCT of adjuvant WBRT (30/10) following surgery or radiosurgery for 1-3 brain mets. Intracranial progression reduced with WBRT from 78% vs 48%. No difference in time to WHO PS>2, 9.5m vs 10m.No diff median survival 10.7m vs 10.9m.
