High risk of bias Comments: Small retrospective study. Patients matched for important prognostic factors.Reasonable FU.

Size of effect
2 Reason for decision: Retrospective matched pair analysis of Sx+WBRT vs SRT + WBRT in patients with 1-3 mets. SRT associated with better LC. On MVA SRT borderline significance for better survival. Small study - so difficult to make firm conclusions. Rx effect appears similar. Toxicity similar.
