High risk of bias Comments: outcome assessment was Quality of Life. The SF 36 and GIQLI instruments were used.

Not longitudinal. Time point study 4 years after endoscopic therapy and 5 years after resection. (minimum of one year postprocedure) Moderate negative QoL outcome in patients less than 64 years. Overall the outcomes were the same for both interventions and similar to age matched controls.
